“As a time poor professional who was continually away, I was more than frustrated that when I did get time at home, it was spent organising mundane chores and sorting out administration rather than enjoying quality time with family and friends.

On the occasions when I did need to employ tradespeople or a company to take on projects, I was appalled at the lack of service that was offered. I was left with the impression that they felt they were doing me a favour!

Realising that I was not alone in my experiences, and confident that I could do much better, I decided to set up Time Life Management.

Since establishing Time in 2001, at the core of the services we offer is the belief that the customer is King – an approach that seems to have fallen out of favour with so many companies today yet about which we are absolutely passionate.

Everyone that works for the business knows that simply doing enough is not acceptable. We are committed to going the extra mile for our clients; providing a service that exceeds expectations and that can be relied upon 100% of the time.

Our clients know that when they use our services they are VIPs, and have a right to expect a service in line with that position. We never forget that they trust us to with access to intimate elements of their lives and it is our responsibility to ensure that we deliver on our promised level of service every time.
